Deliverable 6 covers the work undertaken in Workpackage 2 to produce the final pilot product lifecycle support system demonstrators at the two EAPSTRA Technology Demonstration Centres (TDCs). The deliverable covers the following stages in the process:
• Creation of content for product lifecycle support systems – this involves determining what content (images, video, animation, audio etc.) is required for the systems to be produced later on and then producing and/or obtaining this content.
• Production of Technical / User manual – using the content prepared at the previous stage the manuals for the pilot studies are prepared.

EAPSTRA Deliverable 1 is an extensive document covering technologies directly allied to the EAPSTRA project.

The scope of this deliverable is three-fold:
• Firstly to introduce and provide a background to the IT (Information Technology) tools that might be used for the production of some form of PLCS (Product Lifecycle Support System) via an analysis of advanced tools for PLCS, namely Product Lifecycle Mangement Systems, Product Data Management and Expert Systems. Together with these analyses tables listing some of the tools relevant to the production of such systems are given. This work is detailed in Section 2.
