This presentation (pdf format - requires adobe acrobat reader) provides a brief introduction to Intelligent Product Support Systems and Computer Based Training. It covers some of the concepts surrounding IPSSs, the benefits that can be obtained together with how to approach the task. Together with the Technology Implementation Guidelines given in Deliverable 1 it can be used as a basis for the production of either an IPSS or CBT system.
