I want to create CAI for training system, but I don’t know which tool is suitable for this system (Author ware, EZ 2000 or Tool book) and I want to know about guideline that I should do for creating this system. Could you please suggest me ?

Conventional training methods ensure that users and also maintainers of products are provided with adequate information and guidance for operating or maintaining a piece of equipment. This would either be performed through instructions provided within the user manual or via training courses, the later of which can prove to be both time consuming and costly.

Technological developments that have taken place over the past years coupled with the increase in globalisation and international trade have drawn attention to the potential deficiencies of conventional training methods. The aim of CBT is there to replace the need for conventional training by providing electronically accessible training and assessment materials. These would typically include video, audio, images and on-line assessment.
